As a full season ticket holder your seats are guaranteed on a year to year basis provided you return your renewal information before the yearly deadline. The renewal process usually starts the last few weeks of the regular season. If you are planning on adding or changing seat locations you will be contacted by a Silvertips Account Executive to complete the process.

Your seats for the mini-game package are not guaranteed for every season. Should a full-season ticket holder wish to purchase occupied by a mini-game package holder, the mini-game package holder will have the opportunity to convert their package to a full season tickets and retain those particular seats or they will be given the option to choose a different seat location.

TICKET INFORMATION AND ARENA POLICIES
ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP: For the protection of ticket holders, all requests for account information change must be submitted in writing this includes address, telephone, or business account name (attention line) changes. The Silvertips cannot be responsible for timely delivery of information if account information is not updated in writing by the ticket holder. Seats are non-transferable.
AWAY GAME TICKETS: Fans wishing to see the Everett Silvertips in action on the road should call the host team about ticket availability. You may call the Everett Silvertips if you need a phone number for other ticket offices.
BAG CHECK POLICY: The Silvertips and the Comcast Arena at Everett reserve the right to inspect any bag, clothing or other articles prior to entry into the arena and prohibit entry or require removal / disposal of any items deemed inappropriate or potentially injurious to the arena, other patrons of the event or ice personal. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home and have bags/coats open for search as you approach the entrance. Bags larger than 11” X 14” are not permitted and will not be held by staff during the event.
BANNER AND SIGNS: Banners and signs are permitted provided they are hockey-related, in good taste, and not of commercial nature. Signs may not obstruct the view of other guests or arena advertising signage. The Silvertips retain the right to remove any banner or sign.
BECU GUEST SERVICES TABLE: Should you need assistance once inside the arena, please visit the BECU Guest Services Table located near section 116. Silvertips staff is on hand one hour to the start of the game and through the end of the game to answer questions. Additional assistance can be acquired by speaking with any usher or security guard throughout the arena.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT: All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Non professional cameras without flashes are allowed in the Comcast Arena at Everett provided the equipment does not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by other patrons. Fans are not permitted to reproduce or rebroadcast any images of Silvertips games for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Everett Silvertips.
CHILDREN: Children who are three (3) years old or older are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to the game. Children who have not yet reached their third (3) birthday are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult’s lap without obstructing the view of any other guests. There are no discounted tickets available for children.
DISABLED SEATING: All disabled tickets are marked with a specific aisle, row and seat and will only be honored for the specific location listed. Please contact the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office, at (425) 322-2644, with any questions regarding disabled seating. DONATION REQUESTS: The Silvertips are committed to assisting nonprofit organizations in their fundraising efforts. If you would like the Silvertips to consider donating to your next fundraiser, please submit your request in writing and provide proper contact information including the name, phone number and address of the person organizing the event. EXIT / RE-ENTRY: Guests are not permitted to leave the Comcast Arena at Everett and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to the arena will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit the arena for this purpose must proceed to the BECU Guest Service Table for re-admittance consideration.
FAN CONDUCT: Guests interfering with the play on the ice, using foul language, making obscene gestures, smoking, or being or appearing inebriated will be ejected from the Comcast Arena at Everett. Additionally any fan entering the area of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the ice will face arrest and prosecution. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a security guard or guest services representatives.
FIRST AID: The first aid station is located near section 101.
FOOD / BEVERAGE: All concession stands at the Comcast Arena at Everett are under contract with Center Plate. A variety of booths are located on the lower level. Questions about concessions should be direct to Center Plate by calling (425) 322-2722. Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the arena.
GATE OPENINGS: All gates will open one (1) hour before the dropping of the puck. The Club and Suite Entrance opens 90-minutes prior to game time (must have club seat or suite ticket to gain admittance).
INTERMISSION PARTICIPANTS: Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by our game night staff. Contestants must have a valid ticket stub to participate, and some age restrictions apply to certain contests.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS: Season ticket or mini game tickets which are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced up to two (2) hours prior to game time at the Silvertips administrative office for a $5.00 processing fee per ticket. Only the ticket holder on the account may request the tickets be reprinted. For account security, this can not be done over the phone!
LOST AND FOUND: Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item should contact an arena staff member. To inquire via phone, please contact the Security Office at (425) 322-2668.
NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMERS: You may submit an audio tape or CD of both the Canadian and American national anthems, performed acappella, along with biographical information to: Everett Silvertips, Attn: National Anthem, 2000 Hewitt Ave, Suite #100, Everett, WA 98201. Due to the quality and quantity of our current performers, there are few spaces available for new anthem singers. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
PAYMENT FOR EVERETT SILVERTIPS TICKETS: Payment for season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check or cash. Please make all checks payable to the Everett Silvertips. All tickets must be paid in full before any tickets will be distributed. Once the actual tickets are distributed, there will be no refunds or exchanges issued. Accounts that do not meet payment or deposit deadlines as specified by the Everett Silvertips will be cancelled and the seat locations released.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: For your comfort, and the comfort of others, the following items are not allowed: outside food and drink; animals (except certified services dogs for the disabled); air horns, backpacks or oversized items; balloons; beach balls and other inflatable items; belts made of metal, chains, or including spikes and/or studs; confetti; fireworks; glass bottles or aluminum cans; ice chests, coolers or thermos containers; laser pointers; skateboards or roller blades; stools or folding chairs; water bottles or mugs; weapons (including firearms, knives, mace and pepper spray)
RADIOS: Are permitted provided they do not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by other patrons. You can listen to the games inside the Comcast Arena at Everett on 107.3 FM. Please use earphones so as not to disturb others.
RESALE OF TICKETS: The resale or attempted resale of any Everett Silvertips tickets at a price higher than that printed thereon, including tax plus a reasonable charge for services actually rendered and authorized by the Everett Silvertips is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The Everett Silvertips urge all fans not to patronize ticket brokers or scalpers in order to assure the receipt of genuine Everett Silvertips tickets.
REVOCABLE LICENSE: Any ticket holder who behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner during a game that prevents fans in the proximity from enjoyment of the game may be asked to leave the building. The term “unruly or disruptive manner” includes, but is not limited to, foul language, intoxication, physical or verbal abuse or poor personal hygiene. The ticket holder of record is responsible for the behavior of any persons or persons to whom they give or sell their tickets. Repeated instances of unruly behavior will result in the immediate revocation of season tickets.
SAFETY WARNING: During all practices, warm-ups and the course of the game experiences, pucks and sticks and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands. For everyone’s safety please stay alert and be aware of your standings. Any guest who is concerned with his or her seat location should contact any customer service representative for an alternate seat location.
SCOREBOARD MESSAGE: Messages that appear on the arena scoreboard and public address system are available on a first-come, first-served bases. Messages must be received 24 hours in advance of the desired date of display. To inquire about messages please contact the Game Operations Department at (425) 252-5100
SEAT CHANGES: Fans have until October 31st to change their season ticket or mini package seat location. After this date there will be a $50.00 processing fee.
SUITES: The Silvertips have a limited number of suites available per game for entertaining clients or friends. Suite rental includes 20 tickets and an expanded catering menu as well as access to the lounge areas. Call the Silvertips office at (425) 252-5100 to inquire on suite availability.
SMOKING / TOBACCO POLICY: The Comcast Arena at Everett, like all City of Everett buildings, is a tobacco free area. This includes both smoking and smokeless (chewing) forms of tobacco and tobacco substitute products. The smoking area is located outside section 110. You must have a ticket to gain access back into the arena. WILL CALL WINDOWS: General Will Call is located at northwest corner of the arena. Will Call windows open at 10:00 am for all games Monday through Saturday and 12:00 pm for all Sunday games and closes at the end of the second intermission. To pick up tickets, a valid picture ID must be presented.
