Away Game Tickets: Fans wishing to see the Everett Silvertips in action on the road should call the host team
about ticket availability. You may call the Everett Silvertips if you need a phone number for other ticket offices.
Disable Seating: All disabled tickets are marked with a specific aisle, row and seat and will only be honored for
the specific location listed. Please contact the ticket office with any questions regarding disabled seating.
Suites: A limited number of suites are available for entertaining clients or friends. The Everett Events Center has
20 suites with 12 luxury seats per suite. Guests will be treated to an expanded catering menu as well as access
to the lounge areas. Tickets can be reserved on a game by game basis or purchased for the entire year in
conjunction with a yearly lease.
Club Seating: The Everett Events Center has 750 exclusive Club seats. Club seats are great for entertaining
clients. Wait service to your seat, access to the “Executive Club Lounge,” wider seats, more leg room and
expanded beverage service highlights some of the benefits of being a club seat holder.
Will Call Windows: General Will Call is located at Northwest corner of the stadium. Will Call windows open at
10:00 am for all games Monday through Saturday and 12:00 pm for all Sunday games and closes at the end of
the second intermission. To pick up tickets, a valid picture ID must be presented.
Guest Services Table: Should you need assistance once inside the area, please visit the Guest Services Table
located near section 116. Silvertips Staff is on hand one hour prior to the start of the game and through the end
of the game to answer questions. Additional assistance can be acquired by speaking with any usher or security
guard throughout the arena.
Ticket Purchases: Tickets to all future games may be purchased at the Everett Events Center Box Office
located at the NorthWest Corner of the arena or at the Silvertips Administrative Offices.
Gate Opening: All gates will open one (1) hour before the dropping of the puck. The Club and Suite Entrance
opens 90-minutes prior to game time (must have club seat or suite ticket to gain admittance).
Concessions: All concession stands at the Everett Events Center are under contract with Center Plate. A
variety of booths are located on the lower level. Questions about concessions should be direct to Center Plate by
calling (425) 322-2722.
ATM’s: Two ATM machines are found in the arena. They are located outside sections 101 and 111.
First Aid/Lost & Found: The first aid station is located near section 114. To claim or report lost children or
articles, please go Guest Services located outside section 116.
Re-Entry: Once a patron leaves the Everett Events Center during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless
another ticket is purchased with the exception of medical or emergency situations.
Birthday / Anniversary Recognition: To recognize the special occasion of a family member, friend or loved
one, you have the opportunity to purchase a greeting on the video screen. All messages and requests must be
submitted 48 hours in advance. Birthday or anniversary messages can be booked on the scoreboard by phoning
425-252-5100. Cost for each message is $10, and a credit card number is required. The Silvertips will have the
right to edit, abbreviate, change or delete the message.
National Anthem Performers: You may submit an audio tape or CD of both the Canadian and American national anthems, performed acappella,
along with biographical information to:

Intermission Participants: Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by our game night staff. Contestants must have a
valid ticket stub to participate, and some age restrictions apply to certain contests.
Performers or Acts: All in-game performers are booked by the Silvertips Game Operations department. If you are interested in
becoming a performer, you may send a demonstration package to:

Bag Check Policy: Searches may be required at all entrances. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Have
bags/coats open for search as you approach the entrance.
*Bags larger than 11” X 14” are not permitted and will not be held by staff during the event.
Bringing Items Into The Everett Events Center
*Food/Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the EEC.
*Radios: Are permitted provided they do not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by other patrons. You can
listen to the games inside the Everett Events Center on 107.3 FM. Please use earphones so as not to disturb
others.
*Camcorders/Cameras: Basic Compact Point and Shoot Cameras without a detachable lens are allowed in the Everett
Events Center for Everett Silvertips games. The lens provided on the camera can be no longer than 2” in length and it
may not be a detachable lens.
No camera bags will be allowed in the Everett Events Center for Everett Silvertips games.
A Point and Shoot Camera is defined as a term used for a simple, easy to use camera with a minimum of user controls. The user turns the camera on, aims it at the subject and presses the shutter button. The camera does everything automatically.
This policy applies to all still cameras and digital cameras.
*Signs: Fans are encouraged to hang signs supporting the Everett Silvertips. The Everett Silvertips retains the
right to remove any sign that is political, commercial or offensive in nature. The Everett Hockey team also retains
the right to have temporary game signs for promotional purposes.
*Distracting Devices: Devices such as air horns are not allowed in the EEC. Laser pointers and other amplified
light devices are also prohibited.
*Tobacco Usage: The EEC, like all City of Everett buildings, is a tobacco free area. This includes both smoking
and smokeless (chewing) forms of tobacco and tobacco substitute products. The Smoking area is located outside
section 110. You must have a ticket to gain access back into the arena.
Prohibited Items:
For your comfort, and the comfort of others, the following items are not allowed
- Air horns
- Animals except certified service dogs for the disabled
- Backpacks or oversized items
- Balloons
- Beach balls and other inflatable items
- Belts made of metal or chains or including spikes and/or studs
- Bullhorns or noise makers
- Chains over 6 inches in length
- Confetti
- Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
- Glass bottles or aluminum cans
- Ice chests, coolers or thermos containers
- Laser pointers
- Outside food or beverage
- Skateboards or roller blades
- Stools or folding chairs
- Water bottles or mugs
- Weapons including firearms, knives, mace and pepper spray
