The Everett Silvertips will be looking for a rebound in their best-of-seven playoff series against the Portland Winterhawks, which shifts back to Comcast Arena for games on Wednesday, March 30th and Thursday, March 31st.
Despite dropping a pair of games at the Rose Garden over the weekend, Everett continued to work hard and battle, drawing penalties and generating scoring opportunities. Sunday evening’s game was even in terms of offensive chances, as the Silvertips took 39 shots and posed a consistent threat in the attacking zone. With the backing of a wild, cowbell-ringing crowd back in Silvertip Country this week, the ‘Tips will be looking for the extra boost to shift the momentum in this series between U.S. Division rivals.
