With the current Powerball jackpot climbing to over $300 million for Saturday night’s drawing, the Everett Silvertips are hoping to win the jackpot – and then give YOU a piece of the fortune!  All you have to do is “like” us on Facebook in order to claim a share of the prize money if the Silvertips win.

The ‘Tips have initially purchased $60 worth of tickets (representing the over 6,000 Facebook “likes” we already have) to the upcoming drawing for an estimated $310 million, which is the fifth-largest jackpot in Powerball history.  For every 1,000 Facebook “likes” we receive from now until the drawing, we’ll buy ten more dollars in Powerball tickets. 

The winning numbers will be revealed Saturday at 7:59 pm Pacific Standard Time.  If one of the Silvertips’ tickets matches all six numbers to win the top prize, every fan over the age of 18 who has “liked” the Everett Silvertips Hockey Club on Facebook will get a share of the winnings!  The more likes we get, the better everyone’s chances are to win the money.

The Silvertips are set to open a home-and-home set with Vancouver Friday night at 7:30 pm at Pacific Coliseum.  The game will be shown live on ROOT Sports TV and can be heard on Fox Sports 1380 AM.  Everett will then return home to face the Giants again at 7:05 pm Saturday night at Comcast Arena.
